What we sell
Once Upon A Home is a web app for planning gallery walls. You upload photos, arrange frames on a to-scale wall, and buy an export pass to download a hanging guide: a life-size wall stencil, a measurements sheet, and a frame shopping list.
Passes are sold as a one-month pass ($7.99) or a one-year pass ($27.99). Prices are shown in USD before any local tax. See Pricing for current details.
Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
