Refund Policy

Every export pass sold by Once Upon A Home, a Tailwind Solutions LLC company, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don't need to justify it — "it wasn't what I needed" is a good enough reason.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or use the refund request form on our contact page and we'll pass it on.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within five to ten working days. A refunded pass withdraws access to the paid export for that wall — your design stays in your account, you just can't download the guide again until you buy another pass.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, their refund policy also applies to your purchase, alongside the guarantee above.
