What Once Upon A Home is
Once Upon A Home is a gallery wall planner. Give it your photos and your wall dimensions, and it arranges a layout sized to the space — then shows it true-to-scale before you drill.
When you're happy, you buy a one-off pass and get a printable, life-size stencil plus a shopping list of real, in-stock frame sizes.

- What does Once Upon A Home actually do?
- You upload your photos and give us your wall size. Once Upon A Home arranges the layout for you, shows it true-to-scale on a room view, and then hands you a printable life-size stencil so you can hang it without guessing.
- Do I need an account to try it?
- No. Design as much as you like without signing in. You only need an account when you want your wall saved or when you export the guide.
- How many photos can I use?
- As many as your wall can hold. Most tools cap out around twelve frames — Once Upon A Home doesn't.
- What do I get when I pay?
- A printable PDF stencil at 1:1 scale with registration marks and a calibration square, plus a shopping list matched to real frame sizes from IKEA, Amazon and Target in your region.
- Do I have to buy frames from a specific store?
- No. The list defaults to one store for simplicity, but you can switch stores globally or per frame, and it adapts to the country you select.
- Can I come back to a wall later?
- Yes. Signed-in walls are saved to your account — open 'Studio' from the menu and your latest wall loads automatically.
- What about refunds?
- If the guide doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
